    • Seasons approximately 25 lbs of meat

  • 1 oz Pink Curing Salt 
    • For proper curing, color, and food safety

  • 3 Rolls of 19mm Smoke Collagen Casings
    More than enough for 25 lbs of meat
    • Designed for smoking, drying, or dehydrating


Directions

  1. Grind Your Meat: Use 25 lbs of lean meat (wild game, pork, or beef). For best results, blend 70–80% game with 20–30% pork.

  2. Mix Seasoning & Cure: Dissolve the included 1 oz pink curing salt in a few cups of cold water, then mix with 2.5 lbs "Sweet & Spicy" Snack Stick Seasoning.

  3. Combine Thoroughly: Mix into the ground meat until evenly distributed and slightly tacky.

  4. Stuff Casings: Fill the included 19 mm collagen casings, leaving room for expansion.

  5. Smoke & Cook: Smoke or cook until internal temperature reaches 155°F.

  6. Cool & Store: Let sticks cool, then refrigerate or freeze for later enjoyment.

Yield: Seasoning kit is perfect for ~25 lbs of meat.
